		<description>your post has great advice! I&#039;ve graduated 3 kids so far and just wanted to add that we looked at our local highschool&#039;s class descriptions online. That way we had a class name to use for some of their relevant and related activities and experiences. Sometimes we needed to flesh those experiences out and add a little more work in order to honestly use it as a full credit, sometimes I gave a full credit if they had grade level mastery of a particular topic even if they didn&#039;t do 180 hours of direct work... but using the class descriptions gave us some direction and class names that were familiar to colleges.

The idea was to give them credit for life experience, but still have a transcript that was honest in its depiction of their ability level. Especially easy to do if their SAT scores were high.</description>
